I like Laurel's Kitchen. They have some great nutrition info in the back, and I

love the casseroles and breads!

I second the Laurel's Kitchen suggestion...it is a great basic that

I've had for years and refer to regularly! I also really like the

Moosewood cookbooks - there are several out now - I'm able check

some of them out from my library, since I currently only have one.

Moosewood has lots of creative recipes using whole foods.
