No email mode

i have requested for a no email status as my mailbox is already

flooded with mails. it isn't happening. i am still receiving mails

from this egroup.

i would have to if this continues. please somebody do

something.

Hi everyone !

 

I just joined, and thanks for having me - I have

been a vegetarian for more than 25 years. This

looks like a great group !

 

I am also an owner and moderator of several

groups. Maybe I can help out a little bit here,

although Shawn has posted the info here as well.

 

I am on " no e-mail " for everything, and it is

helpful to me since one of my e-mail accts. is a

Hotmail,which clogs up pretty fast. I just check

/ several times a day and

go down the list. It is very easy to change your

own e-mail status ( saves the moderators trouble ! ).

In this case, go to the home page of this group :

Make sure that you are signed in on , and look

to the right where it says Group member ( edit my

membership ), and click on the Edit my membership.

The same function is also right below that, saying

" edit my membership " or " leave group " .

 

Look down at Message Delivery and click on No EMail.

Then click on Save Changes at the bottom. I have also

been told that it may take a couple of days for

to update things. It's nice to see so many active

vegetarians !! I'm happy to be here !!
