You reminded me how long it is has been since I've purchased it - going to have to get some tonight! It is sold by the square in a red wrapper here in the US with Gejtost label on it. At least, that's the only way I've seen it! There is one Scandinacian cheese that tastes like caramel that I use on crackers during the holifays. The name escapes my memory right now.
