Debra, Thanks for this suggestion. I have yet to find

anything that steadies my blood sugar the way eggs do.

I've tried oatmeal with nuts, oatmeal made with milk

instead of water....haven't tried cinammon in it yet,

though.

 

I heard somwhere that cinammon can lower blood sugar,

but maybe it has a steadying affect also. Good idea.
