I eat eggs almost every moring for breakfast, and my

cholestoral is 177, which is good?

I think eggs affect some people's cholestoral but not

others'.

If you are eating commercial eggs, you may be eating the eggs

of creatures injected with antibotics, beaks removed, and stored

in tight cages. I am not sure how things have changed since

Paul McCartney has spoken up about farm animals but I have

heard that chickens are given fed with other chickens ground up.

I have been on a farm in Switzerland where the chickens are

free-range and there is a real difference. When i was younger, i

could eat anything without affecting my cholestrol although the

Army found that most of their soldiers had high cholestrol when

feeding them eggs every morning during the Viet Nam War.

Balance is very important and i think that eating the same thing

every morning isn't a good idea. Eggs are not necessary for a

healthy diet but it takes some thought when replacing nutrients. I

use expeller-pressed oils, miso, grains [whole rice, etc], lentils,

seeds, seaweed, beans [or tempe and tofu], fresh fruit and

veggies [pref. organic], along with herbs, nutritional yeast, etc.

I am in much better shape than 20 yrs ago and people are

surprised if they find out my age. I do think that attitude and

laughter will make up for an imbalanced diet but eating well is

important too. Cheers, David*
