Yes Susie, goats milk is fine but I don't really care for feta

cheese or the French cheese.

There is one Scandinacian cheese that tastes like caramel that I

use on crackers during the holifays. The name escapes my memory right

now.

hi donna,

no, diary doesn't bother my digestive system, thank

goodness.

i've actually tried alot of the diary alternatives,

some of them are just nasty...i'd rather go without.

:)

soyco foods rice shreds are my favorite cheese

substitutes (but they contain casein).

i have hypothyroidism, so i limit the amount of soy i

consume.

oh yes, rice dream...very good. have you ever had the

rice dream pies? yummmy!

i was wondering....if people who have problems with

cow's milk could tolerate goats milk? i love goat

cheese. i could probably survive on goat cheese and

rice cheese. ;)
