Guest guest
I think what's motivating me is breathing - REALLY breathing for the first time...oxygen can be very addictive;) The cheese thing is hard, but not impossible for me. I prefer feeling better. I'm trying to come up with modifications rather than substitutes because so far all of those have been really nasty. I do love a good veggie pizza sans cheese:) Baked potatoes are wonderful with veggie chili & onions, etc. I love tofutti & sorbet, and almond milks:) What's hard for me is prepacked stuff - so little of it is dairy free - that, and cookies - those are hard to stay away from as well, but I am finding a few on the market that are quite wonderful and vegan friendly:) Debra Debra Lee Thompson Analyst - Mortgage I First Horizon Home Loans Corporation debrathompson <debrathompson 214.492.7402 artichoke72x [artichoke72x] Saturday, November 27, 2004 8:22 PM Re: Re: Debra Thompson hi debra, dairy affects me in similar ways....sinus problems (including sinus infections and headaches), congestion, and perpetual post nasal drip. i went completely diary free for 6 months one time and all the problems disappeared completely. unfortunately, i went back to diary (i couldn't live without cheese)and many of my problems returned. i wish i had the willpower to give up diary again. susie --- Debra Lee Thompson <Debrathompson wrote: > > Hey Donna - > > I've always had sinus problems, and kept earaches as > a child.
