Guest guest
Hi Gary, Your mail was very interesting. I looked in one of my books and it says that the daily consumption should be 50 micrograms. It can be found in cereals and fresh vegetables. (Also in meat and fish). Is considered good in cancer and heart diseases. Is connected to vitamin E. It is a pity that doctors do not know everything and besides, some doctors object to vegetarianism, like for example the pediatrician our kids had when they were small. He was considered a good doctor, but used to make fun of me (not insultingly). Wishing you a nice day ~ Dorith
