Hello Amy.

i have never tried Tofurky before;

i usually get the Quorn brand roast for

the holidays. However, i just purchased

a tofurky with stuffing and a container

of the " giblet " gravy they make to go with

it. i have heard enough good things about

these products so i am curious to try them

for myself.

i will let you all know how i like them once i

actually cook them up later this week for dinner. :)

Tofurkey

Has anyone tried the Tofurkey that is sold in stores? I ususally

choose the blatant veggie choices rather than the veggie trying to be

meat products.

I have tried the Turtle Mountain Tofurky and made tofurky. I really liked the

TM Tofurky! Especially the dumplings that came with it. It has a great texture

too. When I made my Tofurky it was great tasting but eggy texture and it kinda

creeped me out so I ended up giving it away!

Tofurky is yummy though I'm sad that they no longer have the tempeh

" drumettes " they used to. When they stopped those, I started buying

UnTurkey instead (by Now and Zen) and it's SOOOO yummy. :)
