Guest guest Posted November 24, 2004 Report Share Posted November 24, 2004 Chive Carrots 1 pound carrots, cut into 2-inch julienne strips 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbs. olive oil 1 Tbs. margarine [vegan~ or butter if vegetarian] 2 Tbs. minced fresh chives In a large skillet, saute the carrots and garlic in the oil and margarine for 3 minutes. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
