" White Chili " 3 cups water 1/2 TVP or frozen crumbles 1 tsp. lemon pepper or Mrs. Dash 1 clove minced garlic 1 small jalapeno finely diced 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup carrots thinly sliced 1 small can white corn or cup frozen corn thawed 1 tbsp. lime juice 3 15 oz. cans great northern beans (undrained) Place all in a large sauce pan or Dutch over and bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes. * Optional you can top with crushed tortilla chips and some grated soy or rice cheese.
