Guest guest
Has anyone else had the PF Chang's tofu lettuce wraps? I just love them, and was wondering if anyone knew how to create them at home. Such great flavor (minus the cilantro!) Thanks, Amanda

Guest guest
I par boil a potato and dice it in small pieces, mix some cooked TVP or frozen Crumbles (Boca & Morningstar make them), and diced water chestnuts with the potato and saute a few moments with a little soy and teriyaki sauce and wrap in lettuce.
