>A great book for the beginner vegan...How It All

Vegan. Of >course I cannot remember the authors

names...but it was >>two women. the book is full of

simple recipes and offers some great substititutions.

The book _How It All Vegan_ is by two Canadian women,

Tanya Barnard and Sarah Kramer ;=) Their next book,

_The Garden of Vegan_ is also worth having a good look

at - I have it here now ;=) Lots of good tips for the

starting vegan, as well as, of course, being full of

great recipes (including, for the college crowd, how

to make vegan food in the dorm). Recommended. Also go

to their webpage:

Best,

Pat ;=)

Wow!! Great website:) Love the clothes & buttons:)

I made scrambled tofu yesterday for breakfast and warmed up some spicy pinto

beans to go with it - I made breakfast tacos out of it...it was AWESOME!!!! I

liked it so much better than eggs:) I also found some vegan cheese at the local

heath food store - haven't gotten into that, but I am noticing with all of this

label reading, that being vegan takes alot of home cooking, because there's

dairy in so much stuff of the prepared/packaged stuff you'd never have dreamt

of...
