Hi Everyone,

With the holidays upon us and lots of entertaining, I wanted to share a good

vegetarian cookbook with you.

This was given to me:

" Vegetarian Appetizers " by Paulette Mitchell. Oh wait, here's one more. I also

enjoy using " The Vegetarian 5-Ingredient Gourmet " by Nava Atlas. I have given

this book to 3 people last year for Christmas and they swear by it. If I've

enlightened one person then that's made my day..

Peace, Donna ( P/S I collect trolls too, good memories from my childhood

!!!!!!!!! )

The afternoon knows what the morning never suspected.

Hi Donna, those cookbooks sound wonderful...

especially the 5-ingredient one. i like simple!

Oh and i love troll dolls too; hence my usernames.

i made those cookies out of the lavender you were

so kind to send me. They were wonderful. i put a

plate of them out at my domino party last night

and they were a hit. Some people were asking if the

lavender eaten has the same calming effect as the

lavender in aromatherapy treatments.

i told them i didn't know. :)

Happy Sunday Robin, Well, my three pals and I think those cookies calm us down

at work. But then again a good cookie is known to do that anyway...LOL

The scent alone will do the trick, that lavender is a blessing and they are

pretty to serve also..............

Yes, that 5 ingredient cookbook is a favorite and the good thing about it is

there are nice simple ingredients to work with. I have a vegetarian friend in

Iowa and she is out from a big city. This is cattle country and she has a hard

time even finding tofu so this book has really helped prepare easy delicious

vegetarian meals for her family. She has yet to find a tofurky roast for

Thanksgiving.

Smiles sent your way,

Donna
