A food store employee told me that it's because they have contractual agreements with the dairy union. They are only allowed to carry a certain number of soy milk brands, and they can't merchandise them too close to the dairy products. --Yet people scoff at the notion that there are Dairy and Beef Council conspiracies to sabotage and thwart the sale and promotion of any product that cuts into their slice of the consumer pie. --In our local grocery store we find our SilkSoy sold between the yogurt and cheese, near the non-dairy coffee creamers. How's that for skewed logic? It's well removed from any milk, of course. We wouldn't want anyone comparing the nutrition read-outs or accidentally picking up a soy milk and liking it. _______________________________ Declare Yourself - Register online to vote today! http://vote.
