(not to mention the fact of course most non-vegans expose themselves to as much hormone risk if not more.) so i contend your case is not true of the vast majority of people who remain unaffected. there's more to the picture. --Watch the super documentary SUPERSIZE ME sometime. It is amusing, at first. Then it becomes scary. The guy who made it decided to see how harmful fast food would be on his very healthy body. He ate for a month only what McDonald's sold, and had a rule that, if asked, he would super-size. (He was asked only 9 times in the month.) --His doctors at first expect him to gain a bit of weight and so on, but soon they notice very bad things happening, such as liver damage. They are astonished and advise him to stop long before the month is over but he goes on, risking actual death. --During this appalling slide into poor health he finds a guy who is eating his 19,000th Big Mac. They have kept track at his local McDonald's because he comes in and eats at least two a day, every day. He was perfectly healthy and had normal cholesterol. --This demonstrated that different people metabolise differently. (Also, Mr. 19,000 said he rarely if ever eats the fries, so he blamed them. lol) --In any case, sobering documentary and full of facts and revelations and many things McDonald's would just as soon you never knew. True evil.
