Guest guest
i think it just seems that way. i don't think most soy cheese manufacturers are trying to be anti-milk as much as they are trying to be pro-soy. They want people to have a product that tastes good, melts like dairy cheese, but that is made with the minimum of dairy in it. The products on the market that are more for vegans or are making non-dairy cheeses for the sake of veganism will label their products accordingly. That's is what i have observed anyway. ~ pt ~ A sacred being cannot be anticipated; it must be encountered. ~ W. H. Its about as hipocritical as when I order my soy latte with whipped cream
