today, october 12th, 2004 the year of our lord (or lady), duran duran released

their first CD in 21 years with all the original lineup. this is truly a holy,

hallowed day in music.

 

*bows before the altar of the Temple of the New Religion* (if you're a DD fan,

you may know the " new religion " reference. :-D *heh* for those of you who

don't it's a reference off a song on their 1982 album, 'rio " )

 

honestly, i can say it's the best DD album in any incarnation of the group. and

even if you don't care for the group or 80's music overall, this CD is well

worth a spin or download off apple iTunes. and i highly recommend the special

edition CD/DVD pack.
