New to the Group

Hi, my name is Andrea. I live in West Texas. It's not easy being a

vegetarian in cattle country. I joined the group to try and find

some people who understand what being a vegetarian is like and also

some easy recipes that don't involve too many hard-to-find

ingredients. I've been a vegetarian off andon for the last 8 years.

I have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian consistently for the last two

years and I think this time it is finally sticking. Anyway, I look

forward to this group and sharing all sorts of wonderful information

and recipes.
