Wild Oats Wraps

I've had the wraps one can get at Wild Oats deli, and they're good.

 

In a large tomato & basil tortilla they put alfalfa sprouts, lettuce,

tomato, shredded carrots, spinach & other dark greens, cucumber, and

chunks of sautéed tofu, (or maybe seitan, not sure), and some sort of mild

dressing. Very good.
