Had someone the other day recommend some vitamin B variant as a way of

warding off diabetic neuropathy.

 

Anyone know anything about that?

 

Or is it one of those snake-oil claims?

I used to have a lot of clients with neuropathy. It's

generally accepted that if a person is b-deficient,

they are more likely to have neuropathy, so keeping

yourself B-sufficient can help retard the progress or

onset of neurop[a
