Guest guest Posted September 14, 2004 Report Share Posted September 14, 2004 We love lightlife stuff. We use the lunch meat substitute quite often, and the hamburger substitute often too. I put the hamburger substitute in a big non stick pan and add 1/2 cup water to make it juicy. Then just let it warm up, adding whatever seasonings I need it for - adding half a packet of taco seasoning is a common one. I haven't tried the soyrizo. I don't think I've seen the Melissa brand.
