Guest guest
I have a recipe that I would like to make vegan. It calls for sweet condensed milk, can anyone think of an alternative? Thanks for the help. - Leslie
Guest guest
Perhaps you could substitute cashew nutmilk, or almond nutmilk. (I think cashew is creamier, tho.) I sweeten with soaked dates, and that may give you the sweetness and thickness as well. A drop of vanilla in the nutmilk gives it a nice flavor too. cheers terry , " Leslie " <glittertink@h...> wrote: > I have a recipe that I would like to make vegan.
