Guest guest
I did stop by my Asian market last night to see about the vegetarian ramen noodles. As I remembered, they had about 5 different brands, each with one or two vegetarian flavors. Usually it would be a " vegetable " flavor or the mushroom one mentioned. I did notice that all of them had MSG. I don't mind that in food, but my mom is allergic so I check. They also had Udon vegetarian noodle packages, which I love so had to get two of those! The ramen noodle brand with the most vegetarian choices was Ichiban.
Guest guest
I like getting mine at Asian groceries too. Many more truly vegetarian options there. Lots of nifty meat substitutes, too. Oh, and I love Udon! --- Amanda Crawford Beckwith <lovethecold wrote: > I did stop by my Asian market last night to see > about the vegetarian > ramen noodles.
