Guest guest
About the dryer sheets to keep away bees and wasps. I have recently read that you can tie one to your belt when you go out in the garden - good for keeping away other insects too! I'd have forgotten but for your post ;=) But yes, isn't it awesome! Wonderful idea. I want a couple or so at our balcony door/windows ;=) Who'd'a thunk it! Thanks, PT. Best, Pat - who now is probably sadly past the weather for bees. ===== ----------- " The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated. Guest guest
That's a great idea too. My SO has really strong, painful reactions to mosquito bites- they swell up hugely- and he's so sweet that all the mosquitos want a taste of him. Next time he steps outside, I'm wrappoing him in dryer sheets! --- psybermus <psybermus wrote: > About the dryer sheets to keep away bees and wasps. > I > have recently read that you can tie one to your belt > when you go out in the garden - good for keeping > away > other insects too! Guest guest
Very cool. i am going to an outdoor concert in the park this evening. i am going to pack some sandwiches for dinner to have a picnic, so i will be sure to bring a dryer sheet for everyone along with the napkins. Is it really already past bee weather in Montreal? ~ pt ~ How else but in custom and ceremony are innocence and beauty born? ~ W. B.
