Guest guest Posted January 30, 2006 Report Share Posted January 30, 2006 Need to find a way to create meals with enough calories to feed and endurance athlete who consumes 4-6000 cals regualrly and then bumps up to 7000+ calories in heavy training All just to maintain weight and have enough enrgy to workout.
