Okay, we think we might be able to help - losing weight through cutting fat and calories is a good way to start - with a little regular exercise, right? I note that you don't do wheat or sugar - there are other options for grain, and doing without wheat isn't such a big proglem really - especially if you are trying to lose weight as you are!
