Guest guest
The one health issue that I've had over the last bunch of years was I discovered, that even as a 47 year old man that works out every day, and I have eaten a lot of leafy greens, I was diagnosed a few months ago with osteroperosis. I've since vastly increased my collard greens and the like. I suspect the origin is probably all the diet soda I drank in my youth. Anyone else been tested? I'm naturally hoping it was just related to my soda drinking as a youth. Bob
Guest guest
Bob Sorry to hear that. I expect it is mainly to do with the soda. Some magazines in the UK now say that over-exercising can cause it almost as much as getting too little exercise - but I don't know what they mean by too much!
