Guest guest Posted January 19, 2004 Report Share Posted January 19, 2004 Hi, My Mom is gluten intolerant and I have many of the same health problems she has so I figured I'd go gluten free for a month or so and see how I feel. I'm having a hard time finding resources, some say spelt is okay, others say it's not. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good comprehensive list of what I can and can't eat?
