Guest guest Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 Quick Millet Loaf Source: Recipes from the Weimar Kitchen 1 cup raw millet 1 cup tomatoes 2 cups water 1/2 cup cashews 1 medium onion, cut in pieces 1 cup water 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. salt 1 can black olives, quartered Put millet in casserole dish. Whiz together in blender tomatoes, water, cashews, and onion.
