Guest guest Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 Peanut Rice Loaf Source: Recipes from the Weimar Kitchen 6 cups boiling water 2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 3 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning 1 1/2 cups raw peanuts 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice Whiz ingredients except rice with part of boiling water. Mix together with rice and remaining water. Put into casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour then at 250 degrees for 1/2 - 3/4 hour. Serve with gravy.
