Guest guest Posted January 13, 2004 Report Share Posted January 13, 2004 Tamale Pie Source: Country Kitchen Collection 2 cups kernel corn 3 cups chopped, canned tomatoes 1 large onion, chopped 1 - 6 oz. can pitted black olives, sliced 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 cup soy or nut milk 1 cup cornmeal Boil first 6 ingredients together for 20 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the tomato mixture after it is done cooking. Bake in a 7 x 11 ubcg oreoared bajubg oab at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
