Unfortunately I also am also on a casein and sugar/fermented food free diet. I am also HIGHLY allergic to corn. My challenge is finding recipes that are friendly to my diet since many recipes that are gluten free contain corn. For the past six months I went from 132 to 104 and eat only beans/rice/fresh veggies but my diet is very dull and lifeless. My husband has a zest for any kind of food.
