Guest guest Posted December 15, 2003 Report Share Posted December 15, 2003 Purple Apple Slaw Servings: 12 1/2 medium head red cabbage, finely shredded 1/4 cup finely minced white onion 2 Fuji apples, peeled, cored and finely diced Dressing: 1 cup Veganaise 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons milk alternative (w/o sweetener) In a large serving bowl: toss together the cabbage, onion, and apples. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, and milk alternative. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture, and toss to coat. Chill until serving.
