Guest guest Posted December 7, 2003 Report Share Posted December 7, 2003 Creamy Quinoa Pudding 1 cup quinoa, rinsed 2 1/2 cup soymilk 1/8 tsp. sea salt 2 Tbsp. malt barley syrup, maple syrup, or agave syrup** 2 tbp. kidzu, dissolved in. . . 2 tb cold water 1 tb vanilla 1/2 ts fresh grated nutmeg -OR- ground cinnamon Put Quinoa, soymilk and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add sweetener. Mix well. Add Kudzu, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add vanilla and spices. Top with your choice of topping or fruit.
