Guest guest Posted December 7, 2003 Report Share Posted December 7, 2003 PEANUT BUTTER POTATO CANDY Boil 1 medium potato until done and mash with fork. Mix hot potato with 1 pound of confectioners' sugar or more. Roll flat with rolling pin, spread with peanut butter and roll jelly roll fashion. Slice in 1/4 inch slices.
