Guest guest Posted December 7, 2003 Report Share Posted December 7, 2003 IRISH POTATO CANDY 1 potato, mashed, cooked in butter & a little milk-alternative 1 tsp. vanilla Coconut shredded (makes potato mixture look like candy), optional Cinnamon Add powdered sugar until the mixture gets to the consistency of dough that may be rolled.
