Soy Whipped Cream

SOY WHIPPED CREAM

 

Blend together until smooth:

1/2 c. water (3/4 c. if using Soyagen)

1/2 c. soybase or soyagen (Soyagen is a brand of powdered soy milk)

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 TBLS honey (or alternative liquid sweetener)

pinch salt

Add slowly:

3/4 c. oil

 

If using soyagen, less oil is required to thicken. Stop blender; fold in:

1 tsp lemon juice

 

Mix and serve.
