Grainless Apple Crisp

Source: Taste and See Cookbook

 

3 lbs. apples, sliced

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1 tsp. coriander

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup coconut

1 cup raisin butter or date butter

 

Fill 8 x 8 with apple slices. Sprinkle with raisins and coriander. Grind seeds

in blender to make a meal. Stir in coconut. Mix remaining items then mix all

together. Should be moist but crumbly. Crumble over apples. Bake at 350

degrees F. for 30 - 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold. May top with Almond Cream.
