Hello,

 

I have been to a dietician in the past few months. On my first visit I

was told that my protien intake was very high (mostly in dairy

products). I live on my own and cook for myself a lot and would be

happy to consider some recipes that I can make for myself that are

healthy for my protien level. If anyone has any recipes that I could

make,that would be great and helpful. Thanks!
