Well I stayed the same again this week still weighing in at 293 pounds

*sigh*, but I decided to start really following the diet that Rosemary

Conley does (she basically does low fat), one new recipe that we tried

last night was a no fat curried mixed pepper dish (very tasty!),

tonight will be quorn sausages with mixed salad (with home grown

lettuce, the toms and the spring onions are not ready yet LOL)

My philosophy is better to stay the same then gain! & nbsp; :-)

I don't suppose you could share the no fat curried mixed pepper dish recipe

could you? & nbsp;
