Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 Well I stayed the same again this week still weighing in at 293 pounds *sigh*, but I decided to start really following the diet that Rosemary Conley does (she basically does low fat), one new recipe that we tried last night was a no fat curried mixed pepper dish (very tasty!), tonight will be quorn sausages with mixed salad (with home grown lettuce, the toms and the spring onions are not ready yet LOL) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
