Guest guest
Hi. I am Vicki, 35, and live in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. I have been vegetarian for 13 years. I am not a vegan fully but try to use dairy products as little as possible. I am active in a local vegetarian group. I am trying to improve my eating habits after never quite shaking off some rather bad habits that I developed at college and do things like reduce fat, eat more fruit and vegetables, and learn not to comfort eat. I am a real foodie and love cooking and trying new foods and market shopping, & nbsp;and if it doesn't taste good I won't pursue it. Not even my desire to be slimmer and more toned up can inspire me to eat loads of stuff that has the taste and texture of cardboard and glue and I can be a somewhat fussy eater and I usually find I dislike special 'slimming foods'. I & nbsp;prefer to cook and eat & nbsp;food made from fresh natural ingredients whenever possible. & nbsp;I love Chinese and Middle Eastern inspired food especially. I have just taken up running but & nbsp;I have a long way to go before I will be doing long runs as my fitness isn't great, and I am just starting out with meditation.
