I am not sure if it was here or not...

Edemole- guacamole with edemame instead of avocado.

YUMMY! Use lots of garlic and hot sauce and thaw the frozen edemame. Blend on

food processor.

I ate it after a late night of drinking with some pita bread, delicious. (well,

even the over dooked veggie burger I ate was good to me at that point LOL)

Cindi,

Thank you for sharing your menu.

I see so many recipes these days using edamame but unfortunately they

aren't available here. I must see if I can get some next time I am

in England as some of the recipes I see look really great.

Another thing we can't get here is whole wheat couscous. That is

something I could definitely use as we use only whole grain products

at home. How do you prepare the broccoli, walnut couscous recipe?

It is something I could maybe try with whole grain pasta instead of

couscous.

Cheers from Marie

we're getting in our produce delivery tomorrow & the veggies we got

at the Co-op yesterday, the edamame & rice dishes will have

combinations of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, onion,

kale, collard greens & snap peas. Yum! :-)
