I see so many recipes these days using edamame but unfortunately they aren't available here. I must see if I can get some next time I am in England as some of the recipes I see look really great. Another thing we can't get here is whole wheat couscous. That is something I could definitely use as we use only whole grain products at home. How do you prepare the broccoli, walnut couscous recipe? It is something I could maybe try with whole grain pasta instead of couscous.
