Guest guest
I bought the aloe pant stick-thing from the store, yet I don't know what to do with it...A friend told me to scrape out the insides and mix with some water in the food processor, yet I am afraid to mess it up. Any suggestions? Thanks, Cassie pdw <pdworkman wrote: Prunes, flax seed, psyllium husks, aloe vera, rhubarb, (all the previous with plenty of water) exercise, abdominal massage. I have a genetic condition which results in weak abdominal wall muscles, so constipation is something I battle constantly. Before I figured out this fructose intolerance, I was eating closer to 6 servings of fruit a day, mostly apples, pears, and berries. No constipation! But the short transit time might just be because I was intolerant of them, too. My body was getting rid of them as quickly as possible. Guest guest
Yes, if you have fresh spears of aloe, just scrape or squish the gel out of the spears. Mix with or wash down with water. Beware it is pretty potent stuff, start with just a little!
