Guest guest
Hi Sarah, We are almost 'twins' although I am an inch shorter than you. I use the metric system but when I calculated my weight in pounds it works out to 246.4. We couldn't be much closer could we? I also echo your comments about waist and hip measurements and my last bra measurement was a 44E. Because I am shorter than you my BMI is higher at 38.6 - a super scary number. Our menu for the rest of the week is broccoli strudel (easy on the cheese!) bami (Indonesian vegetable/noodle dish) leek and pea risotto grilled vegetable tortilla wraps. I love your veggie lasagna idea with zucchini instead of noodles. I'll be trying that soon. I find my 'danger time' each day is half way through the morning. If I don't have a sensible snack by about 10:30 then I am ravenous by 11 or 11:15 and I will eat anything in sight. By that stage my brain tells me that I have already ruined the day so there's no point in trying to stay 'good'. This week I will try to be sensible about having a good healthy mid-morning snack each day to prevent the binge eating a little later Cheers from Marie in Haarlem, Netherlands , Sarah Bottoms <soschweet1 wrote: > > > I appreciate Dragons honesty so I thought that I would join in and give my stats too. > > Ht 5'-8 " > wt 246.6 > Waist=no clue haven't had one in years will look into getting a measuring tape > Bust=44in(from last bra fitting) > hips= Same as waist. > > BMI=37.5 > >
Guest guest
Hello Marie, I have to say that I like the sound of how much I weigh in Kg's much better. It's kinda funny but with my last bra fitting I was told I was an H now. I told the sales clerk yes H as in HUGE. For myself, I find that if I do not have a high protein breakfast I am starving all day long. I call those my " hungry days " If I eat a couple of eggs with toast then I seem to do just fine. It's amazing what you can do with Zucchini when you have a ton that need to get eaten up. The trick is to slice them thin and then press them between paper towels so that they will soak up the tomato sauce better. Have a great day, Sarah B.
