good day to everyone.. =)

 

i'm angel, 19, from the Philippines. I've used vegetarian diet before for 6

months to drop my weight from 53 to 45 kg. Unfortunately, i become too much

preoccupied with the calorie intake thing until i become anorexic (which i was

unable to recognize before). I have to take medications to get my regular period

back and stop from controlling my food intake (which means i've returned to

non-vegetarian meals) and now (because of the pills) I've regained my weight.

 

After sometime i decided to take another shot of vegetarian diet (which i've

missed so much). I browsed and found yours. Searched for other

websites to make me plan better.

 

It's just a month since i started to work again on my vegetarian diet plans. By

the way, I'm the only vegetarian in the family. And I cook my own meals which

they sometimes eat and most of the time dont.

 

Anyway, I'm hoping that we can learn a lot from each other. Thanks =)

Please read it surely and seriously.

 

 

 

First you are 19years and growing age. You are 54 kg and you need not

reduce if you want to be healthy.

 

 

 

Vegetarian diet and slimming are two different issues.

 

 

 

Dont blame one for the other.

 

 

 

u continue on healthy veg. diet and eat more and keep yourself at 50

minimum unless your professions is modeling.

 

 

 

Rest is your wish
