I agree that fresh food is much better than canned, jarred or frozen, and that excess dairy products are not helpful to a healthy lifestyle or to achieving a healthy weight (Excess dried fruit, however, may not be useful for some people, likewise honey - too much sugar content for many people. Exactly when to eat fruit is a matter of debate.) Most people indeed eat an appalling diet - and think that it is healthy I'll be interested to hear from you.
