I am 163 pounds right now at 5'6 " 47-female-busy homeschooler to 4 kids ages 16-10 I am following the Eat to live plan-but with a couple of things catered to me-3 fruit only & pms week i allow an extra whole grain I know how to do this & the weight comes off -my problem seems to be sticking to it. I set up a weigh in database for the e2L group I am on and would here too if any are interested in that.
