Hi Pat

 

Well I stayed the same this week BUT I am not that annoyed - there was

a mini beer fest at the local pub and some friends came over to it

(and to see us I might add!), the only veggie options for food were

chips/fries (they did a hog roast everyday - aaaargh!), so that couple

with rather too many ciders ...............

 

Still I am back on track as of today and even though I am out on

Saturday with some friends - the only thing I can eat where we are

going is a HUGE bowl of salad (which I get undressed) so hopefully

better news for me next week but making dancing rodents for you!

Okay, Dragon! I think it is remarkable that you managed to maintain your

weight - good for you. I cheated a couple of times too :( eg. eating out at

our local curry place which has fab vegan options but of course there's oil

and there's all those lovely . . . well, you get the picture. That and the wine

I have to admit, which didn't help LOL But I managed a couple of pounds

off by eating pretty strictly the rest of the week - a mostly raw vegan version

of Dr Fuhrman, I guess you'd say. Now THAT I don't mind - lovely lovely

things to eat - although I cheat a bit now and use a tiny tad of salt etc.

 

Well good luck - enjoy the spring. See ya next Monday about this? (And

before that, of course, if you'd like to post anything else *smile*)
